Manifesting and How it Relates to Real Estate
They say, “Where attention goes, energy flows”.
Social media platforms have proven to us that with their analytics and algorithms, you will see exactly what it is you want on your feed, in your stories, and even the ads you are targeting with. Your actions and interests are watched and analyzed to predict the best content it thinks is aligned with you.
Just as algorithms can figure us out, so can the energy and vibration we emit be read by the Universe, and we then attract what we put out. This is exactly where manifesting comes in!
When I have clients who are all over the board with their wants in a home, the listings that match their frequency are the same… all over the board.
This is why getting clear on what we are asking for is SO important. It will be delivered if we know what we want.
I have actually sat down with clients and asked them to describe their future home to me, and within days (and once within hours), there it is! Right in front of us, the perfect home meant for them.
The real estate process is similar to dating in more ways than I would like to admit!
If we don’t have a clear idea of what we want in a partner, we end up settling for good enough, or even worse, being disappointed that our partner turned out not to be The One. However, if we get clear on our non-negotiables in a relationship (trust, honor, mutual respect, unconditional love, someone who loves to travel or values a quiet night reading and drinking French wine — just as an example and has nothing to do with my own preferences at all), down to certain characteristics we value in a partner, and even physical traits that are the icing on the cake, It’s then that we have our Gold Standard. And when that person walks into your life, you know it! There is no second guessing, the unicorn has arrived!
The same goes for houses.
If we sit in meditation and as for a beautiful home with calming and abundant energy, large windows for natural light, and a backyard that feels like paradise, we often meet and even exceed our current and even future needs. The Universe responds.
We truly can manifest anything: a home, an experience, a partner, our career path, our health. However, we cannot simply ask and not be willing to do the work. If we ask for a healthy body, it’s our job to move and nourish our body appropriately. When asking for the perfect home, the same applies here. We can ask for it, and it is our job to receive it by getting our finances in order, aligning with the right partners for the real estate process (real estate agent, lender, escrow officer, CPA/financial planner). Teamwork truly makes the dream work.
Of course, we always have the option to choose difficulty and struggle the same way we can choose ease and flow. We get to choose our hard, and that’s the beautiful part about our human existence. We get to choose. Period.
